Where it all starts- 2024
We first decided that we wanted to start creating, we didn't know what sort of design we wanted or a way we could express ourselves.
Project 1 - Eighth Eye Apparel
In sixth form chat GPTs DALLE first came out which allowed us to express ourselves through whatever we could, we initially decided to use this to create posters of the craziest thinks we could think of, demonic deer, evil rabbits ect.
Why it failed-
We realised this would never work, as AI grew we noticed more and more AI brands popped up and was taking over the market. We found that instead of using AI we should try and learn how to use digital drawing platforms ourselves like medibang and procreate.
Project 2- The first look at E11EVEN TEN
Our first design-
When we first started E11EVENTEN I had no direction however we just thought of a cool design and stuck with it, with no deeper meaning. This lead to a lack of direction when creating a story that had no connection to our name or us personally.
What it taught us-
Creating this first design taught us about finding a manufacture, material qualities and creating tech packs which we had no experience with before. This prepared us immensely for our next project for E11EVEN TEN.

E11EVEN TEN Reborn-
After failing with this first brand we tried again this time with a deeper meaning that connected to us which is when it hit us... What does everyone miss when growing up? Their childhood...
Sketch 1
Evolution-
We realised we wanted to create a character or set of character that represented us now and how we have evolved from wearing extravagant bear skins ect to wearing minimalist tracksuits

Getting somewhere-
We thought this was a good step to our final design and final characters so just decided to add our name.
Colour-
Once we had got a final sketch we scanned it into our iPad and created the design online and brought i to life with colour, this meant we had a set of characters we could get behind and use for the rest of our collection.
Final design
Manufacture-
Once we had our final design for our tee shirt we branched off to different designs on the tracksuit and how we can incorporate our characters into the design which is where we came up with our frozen planet design- representing us wanting to freeze time and live childhood again, ages 11 or 10.
